The Christian Association of Nigeria (CABN) and traditional rulers in Delta State have appealed to residents to be more prayerful, vigilant and security conscious following herdsmen’s threat to attack Asaba and Agbor over the southern governors’ insistence on open grazing ban.

CAN Chairman, Apostle Sylvanus Okorote, in a letter to the Christian community, directed pastors and church leaders to print a copy of the letter, lay it on their altars and pray in their local churches.

It directed that prayers for Sunday, June 20, 2021, would hold during church services in the local churches, while the Monday, June 21, 2021 prayers would hold 5:00 p.m. in the local churches.
